Return Modalities:

You have the right to return your order within 14 days.

The return period starts from the day you received the order.

Your package must arrive no later than the 14th day after receipt. Later returns cannot be accepted and will be sent back to your address for a fee.Delays due to private reasons of any kind cannot be accommodated and no exceptions will be accepted. We therefore expressly ask you to send your package back to us in good time.

Please send the unworn and flawless goods back to us, stating your order number and all the labels that were attached when you received them. Worn goods cannot be returned. Signs of use such as make-up stains or body odor will not be accepted.

The return costs are to be borne by the buyer.We assume no liability for uninsured shipping methods.

Once the return has reached us and the contents have been checked, you will be refunded the purchase amount using the same payment method used to place the order.
